Demonstration services
Some of our phone lines are product demonstrations: they are answered by an AI receptionist on behalf of a fictional business, so callers can experience how the product works. Demonstration bookings are simulations — they do not create real appointments, and no real goods or services are sold, scheduled, or delivered through demonstration lines. Confirmations sent from demonstration lines are labeled as demonstrations.
Text message program
Program name: BCK Systems Appointment Confirmations.
Description: when you call one of our receptionist lines, verbally book an appointment, and provide your mobile number for confirmation, we send a single booking-confirmation text message to that number.
Message frequency: one message per booking. No recurring messages, and no marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by use (typically one message per booking).
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers; capabilities may vary by carrier.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website, phone lines, or messaging in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent way, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the systems behind them.
