This policy explains what information BCK Systems LLC ("BCK Systems," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, our email and phone communications, and our product demonstration services.

Who we are

BCK Systems LLC is an AI strategy and implementation company. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you contact us by email, form, or phone, we collect what you share with us — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message.

Phone lines and demonstration services. Some of our phone lines are answered by automated AI receptionists, including demonstration lines that simulate a fictional business. When you call, we collect the information you provide verbally — such as your name, callback number, address, and appointment details. Calls may be recorded and transcribed; when recording is active, it is disclosed at the start of the call. Demonstration bookings are simulations and do not create real service appointments.

Technical data. We collect basic technical information needed to operate this website, such as standard server logs.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and provide our services, respond to your inquiries, send appointment confirmations you request, review and improve how our systems perform, and follow up on demonstration interactions when you've expressed interest in our work. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number during a call for the purpose of receiving a booking confirmation, we send a single confirmation text to that number for that booking. Consent is collected verbally during the call. We do not send recurring or marketing text messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that operate our infrastructure — such as telephony, cloud hosting, and scheduling providers — and only as needed to deliver the services described above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to twelve months, then deleted.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA through the same address; we honor these requests without discrimination, and we do not sell personal information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted transport.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions? [email protected].
